WELCOME TO THE NWHP MEMBERSHIP WEBSITE-powered by Wild Apricot
Just like the bone stays that were important in the construction of corsets that early women wore daily, one could say that Nevada women were the mainstay of Nevada.
Come and explore the Nevada Historical Society's collections of artifacts, photographs, and manuscripts that document the unique stories about the lives of nine Nevada women and work in Nevada during the late Victorian and early Twentieth century.
Facilitated by NHS Curator of History, Sherelyn Hayes-Zorn, you will experience an amazing walkthrough of Nevada's past.
Light refreshments will be served.
Important parking note. You must park in the lot on the East side of the NHS building, and you must come inside and get a permit to put on your windshield. Parking is free.
